LA THE DANCE OF THE CALCHEÑOS OR "DANCE OF THE HARVEST" SAME THAT REFLECTS THE JOY AND SIMPLICITY OF THE INHABITANTS OF THAT REGION, MANIFESTING BY DANCING HIS THANKS TO PACHAMAMA

 BACKGROUND

In a world where everything happens, where man wants to dominate at all costs and by whatever means he finds at his reach, against wind and tide, putting aside integral native cultures and populations, which without realizing it or in a premeditated way, are attacking the essence of our historical past, destroying the legacy left by our ancestors "customs, traditions among others", which are as important as vital. In addition to being more shabby than what is imposed by an external world, spread through the Different media.

The forgetfulness of our traditions, the forgetfulness of our origin that many people who came to live in the cities are day by day denying directly and indirectly through foreign musical manifestations and not our nationals and natives of a certain region or finally the traditions , culture and dance of the regions where we came from. This fact causes the diversity of customs and traditions to be buried, and the relationship that must exist between man and nature.

For all this it is important to show and revalue the culture of our Andean world considered a gold mine by many and exploited by foreign people, misrepresenting historical backgrounds that in many cases is affected by foreign institutions that usurp their true origin of our traditions, custom, music and dance.

It is important, just as our ancestors left us this immense culture, revalue and spread it, so that our descendants know and fight for ours, our roots and our true identity.
